My friend Gregg Anderson, Knower of all Knowledge and Shaper of Young Minds, recently hosted a conversation between his student economics scholars and myself. At the end of the conversation, I posed a question to the scholars.
As you think about your future careers, what do you want? Are you thinking in terms of a profession or a job, or are you thinking in terms of how you want to spend 40-60 hours a week? Or perhaps something altogether different?
In short, when you think about work, what do you want your work life to be?
I await their responses.
